Welcome to Da Nang Surf Cam!
We started this project with a pretty simple idea. Despite Da Nang becoming an increasingly popular surf destination, there were no cameras pointed at the spots so people could check the surf before heading to the beach. Whether you want to save yourself a trip to the beach or check conditions from anywhere in the world, our aim is to keep a reliable, quality stream going from sunrise to sunset.
As the site matures, we will keep upgrading the camera, hardware, and streaming quality. To do that, we do our best to cover costs through donations and community support. Contact us below if you want to support or contribute to this community project.
Photo submissions
Send one strong image per link, along with a little context so we know what we are looking at.
- Use a public Google Drive, Dropbox, WeTransfer, or similar link that does not require a login.
- JPEG, PNG, or WebP is best. Try to keep files under 10MB and include your name or Instagram handle if you want credit.
- Add the date, approximate time, and where the photo was taken. When in doubt, include a short caption in the message.
